I use beak knife every day, couple of times / day. Peeling, slicing, hand choping, you name it. This is the most versatile small knife! Where have you been all my life?!

This paring and peeling knife is very sharp and very easy to use! I use it for apples, pears, kiwis, oranges, etc. It fits well in my hand and I can peel accurately. It is wicked sharp, however, so be careful when using!
