The Pro Birds beak knife, is a well designed tourne knife, perfect for the classic 7 sided football shaped vegetables roasted, steamed, and broiled in Classic French Cuisine. The unusual shape of the blade becomes a true extension of ones hand, and allows for perfect peeling, paring and hulling. This is a game changer for anyone looking to achieve faster, more precise cuts in the kitchen.

Absolutely amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This the second Zwilling peeling knife I own. The first one is a Pro S and needs to be replaced (the rivets are starting to corrode and the handle has broken). My new Pro knife, with its curved bolster, has a much better feel and balance. A real improvement for how I grip and use this knife.
