perfect peeler

Im old school and still love peeling in hand. This blade is great. The curved shape and sharp blade peels easily without much waste. The curved bolster of the Pro line makes it very comfortable to hold while working through piles of potatoes. The German quality is clear here from the traditional three rivet handle through the forged blade.

Better than a Paring Knife!

I love this little birds beak knife. Fits perfectly in my hand. The shape of the blade is perfect for peeling the smallest apples and potatoes. Also great for hulling strawberries, and carving Halloween Pumpkins!

We’re constantly reaching for this knife...apples, strawberry stems, avocados, carrots...the list goes on! Extremely sharp and very easy to handle. We still ask ourselves why we waited so long to purchase quality knives. If you don’t have this peeling knife...don’t hesitate to purchase...you’ll be very glad you did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been the best addition to my knife collection so far. I find myself reaching for it more than any other pairing knife. I can hull strawberries with ease, peel kiwi, bore unsightly spits out of potatoes, and thumb-slice without the need for a cutting board. The Pro Series is very well made and worth the additional cost.

Zwilling Pro knives are the best!
