Great for strawberries

I use this little knife more often then I thought I would. I bought it specifically for coring strawberries but found myself using it more as a paring knife too. Once you get used to the shape paring apples with this knife is easier than a regular paring knife. Great for eyeing potatoes and citrus garnishes.

Love this knife for peeling anything - fruits, veggies and even potatoes! That sharp end makes it easy to get under the skin and pull back! I love having a bird's beak peeler, in addition to my 4" paring. Both for different or even same uses. This one fits nicely in a smaller hand and the newer curved bolster is great for support.

This is a paring knife that many are familiar with. It does a great job on rounded fruits and veggies, the compact length makes it very maneuverable and the curved bolster brings you closer to the food being pared, making the knife safer.

Zwilling's own proprietary no-stain/chip German stainless in a workhorse of a stiff-tipped peeler. Classic 3-rivet, long-lasting handle.

This paring knife is perfectly shaped for peeling because of the curve on the end of blade and the handle fits comfortably in my hand. The curve of the metal that connects the handle to the blade is a perfect place to put my fingers.
