Although I got one, it rarely gets used, if at all... a non-essential knife in my opinion. I’ve had no problems peeling with my paring knife or a ZWILLING peeling tool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This knife is a must-have. Easily cuts tomatoes of all sizes, grapes; any soft skinned round fruit/vegetable.

Great for hand-work such as peeling fruits and vegetables. Fits in your hand snuggly and because of the curved bolster, it supports the pinch grip. I don't have to worry about slipping with this one!!

A great peeling knife

This is such an amazing paring knife. The handle and bolster on this knife fits in my hand really nicely, giving me extra comfort in griping my knife while I peel and slice produce. I love the shape of this paring knife, it is perfect for getting the perfect peel off of potatoes, fruit.

The birds beak shape is perfect for peeling and slicing small stone fruit. I also like to segment oranges and grapefruits with this knife, The rounded top edge contours to the segment for easy release.
Sharp, durable and fits well in your hand. I like the classic three rivet handle. Another pro perfect knife.

The arc of this blade helps follow the curve of fruits and vegetables when peeling and cutting. Excellent for rounded items like apples, kiwis, small new potatoes, etc. The curved bolster of Pro encourages the pinch grip for professional execution.
