Immersive Gaming Audio at its Finest..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether you are a die-hard console gamer or PC enthusiast the JBL Quantum 910X has something for all genres and taste buds. The 910X is a hypnotic choice for gamers seeking a versatile and comfortable headset full of must have features including active noise canceling and head tracking. The broad platforms supported as well as audio performance make this an over-the-top option in a sea of wireless gaming headset competitors. The quick plug-and-play experience is certainly a main draw of this amazing piece that JBL has added to its reputable lineup.
The attractive sturdy packaging is synonymous with JBL quality and displays many of the must have features including JBL Quantum SPATIAL360 including head tracking, virtual surround sound, and immersive sound as well as a flip up to mute boom. The package includes actual headset in a secure cloth carrying bag, instruction manual, charging wire as well as computer/console dongle USB Type C to A and USB adapter. The unit is plastic and maybe a little less sturdy than some other units on the market but still offers a securely robust experience.
The unit is compatible with all major platforms including Xbox, PlayStation, and PC including Skype, Discord, Teamspeak, and Gamepass. The 910X is also ZOOM Certified and even comes with 1 month of GamePass Ultimate included with purchase with a keycard in the package.
My 910X usage was in line with promoted charging times. Around 42 hours battery life with Bluetooth usage and around 37 hours with dongle usage from full charge. The unit charges quickly with 5 min of charge allowing for a minimum of 1 hour of usage if you need a quick boost. The battery life does suffer with RGB lighting enabled however.
The strong bass we all know and love is back with a vengeance in this package. Unit offers 50MM QuantumSound drivers. The gaming audio was clear and rich with punchy bass and precise mids and highs thus providing an immersive audio experience that is second to none. The Active Noise Canceling effectively reduces ambient noise even while wearing glasses and the flip to mute boom is a nice touch. The thick padding and plush earcups make this unit ultra-comfortable for long gaming sessions. A dial to balance the sound between game/chat is a nice touch as well.
Software works well and makes the units RGB lighting endlessly customizable while offering access to many sound and feature adjustments for the ultimate gaming/audio experience.
The 910X features JBL QuantumSPATIAL 360 for gaming consoles and the QuantumSPHERE 360 experience for PC gaming. The 2 features offer head tracking, virtual/immersive sound, and superior positioning accuracy however the bass suffers when spatial and 3D audio modes are enabled which is one ‘con’ of the unit. As a true audiophile that uses the unit for audio quite often the sound trade-offs in spatial mode can become frustrating.
All in all the JBL Quantum910X Wireless audio headset is tough to beat for the price and robust features offered. While I do own several gaming headsets this is my go-to for a truly mesmerizing sound and gaming experience while in my gaming dungeon and is a needed addition to any gamer’s tool arsenal to bring game night to a whole new level!

Great Multi-use Headset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a JBL brand fan this headset did not disappoint. The packaging was very nice and like there are multiple ways the headphones can be used. I was surprised a charger was not included. The carrying case is nice and light but if they would be used in traveling a hard case would be preferred. First off everyone wanted to use from the kids to myself and the experience was amazing. They were comfortable for each of us and the sound quality was top tier! They were easy to pair with multiple devices (PS5, PC, Xbox, and phone) and canceled out all background noise. I cannot wait to use on my next video call.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Considering myself a casual gamer, I'm pretty impressed by these. They're mostly used by my kids, and they definitely seemed to like it. A upgrade from what they previously had.
The sound and clarity was exceptional. When I used them for my games that I do play from time to time, the sound gave that super "3D feeling". When there was a Gunshot in call of duty for example, the way the sound echoed gave me chills just listening to it how realistic it was. And when there were greandes or explosions, the Bass kicked in really well and balanced. Made me feel like im living the game.
The mic my kids reviewed said there was no problems at all and sounded really clear when they were playing with their friends. Although the headphone adjustments were pretty solid, they are a bit big and heavy even with all the adjustments. So if you have a small head, think again before getting these since it may not be comfortable on your head.
The build quality, as expected, is extremely amazing. I guess having the heavy build means great solid product. It doesn't feel cheap at all. really impressed. Foam cups feel great and seem like they will last for a very long time.
Overall, I highly reccomend from my point of view. Maybe for a super serious gamer or streamer there could be better options, but I think overall even in more pro circles, this pair would leave you satisfied. Reccomended!

Great gaming headphones, but heavy for long wear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been trying out the JBL headphones and here are my thoughts so far.
The good: 1. The audio quality is surprisingly good, honestly on par with top mainstream headphones like Sony or Bose. 2. Noise isolation works really well, mostly thanks to the heavy ear pads. 3. The 2.4 GHz connection through the USB dongle is super seamless, and I really like not having to deal with Bluetooth flakiness.
The bad: Mainly comfort. They are heavier than regular headphones and take some time to get used to for longer wear. The ear cups feel more constrained and my head feels warm after a while, which makes them hard to recommend for all-day use.
Overall: I’d rate them 8/10. Very good gaming headphones with strong sound and connectivity, but not the best option if you want something comfortable for hours on end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a gamer like myself, this wireless gaming headset provides the best noise cancelling and immersion I have ever had. When the headset is on, you feel like you are in the world the game exists in. The quality of voices from other players definitely makes you feel like you are in the same room discussing strategies and whatever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Jbl just can’t disappoint me. I’m a music lover so I need my headphones to give great quality sound and these deliver! I love that they have the classic jbl lights on the ear cushions. They have so many great settings for gamers, specifically. I’m not a gamer, YET….but these are perfect for when I am lol. The sound quality is very smooth, loud and clear with great bass. Also, they’re very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I’ve been using them for the past 3 days and I love them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the JBL Quantum 910X Wireless for gaming and video editing, and they’ve quickly become my go-to headset. The sound quality is crisp with deep bass, making both music and in-game audio immersive. The wireless connection is reliable, and the battery life easily lasts through long sessions. I also appreciate the comfort of the ear cushions and the sturdy build. The noise-canceling feature is effective, though it can feel strong at times

A Great Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have needed to move on from my old gaming headset that I bought in 2018 for a while now and the Quantum 910X felt like such an upgrade in quality that I couldn't believe what I was missing.
The JBL QuantumEngine app allows for full customization of your audio experience, even allowing you to switch from preset equalizer settings catered to different styles of games. I tested a handful of these presets on their respective genres of games and was impressed. The "FPS" setting allowed me to better hear footsteps and ambient sounds that could indicate other players, the "Cinematic" setting allowed for a more immersive experience on a narrative game, and so on. If you aren't satisfied with those, though, you can always customize the equalizer yourself. The spatial sound also worked well when on a "fixed" setting, delivering surround sound audio in games that really adds to the setting, but I could not get head tracking to work no matter how hard I tried, which was unfortunate. I really liked how many settings there were on the headset itself, so you could tweak the details without having to open the app. The fold-up microphone that automatically mutes when not in the talking position is a godsend when playing in lobbies where you don't want to always participate in the conversation. Finally, the noise cancelling feature worked VERY well. My PC has a very loud fan that I could always hear when using my old pair of headphones. It was completely silent when wearing the 910X's.
A sturdy design and sleek glossy black finish allows the headset itself to feel very high quality. In addition, you can fully customize the lighting of the headset in the app, choosing from pre-designed patterns and colors or creating your own much like the equalizer settings.
Overall, this is going to feel like an upgrade for anyone looking for one. It may be overkill for some more casual gamers, but for those who are willing to spend the extra money to add to their gaming experience it is well worth it.
