[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Headphones extraordinaire! If you are looking for a top notch set of headphones that ticks all the boxes, then look no further. The audio clarity is second to none. Crisp and defined highs and balanced lows give a natural sound experience. Comfortable to wear with no fatique or irritability. The overall quality of the product in it's manufacture and sound elements leaves nothing to be desired.

Wireless/wired perfection

Bought the headset about a month ago, needed a replacement for my JBL Quantum 200's. Overall the product is top tier, the sound quality is crisp, clean, and (often times) very loud.
Pros: - Long battery life (while wireless), in my experience it gets a solid 30-32 hours whilst connected to the included dongle, and right around 43 hours with Bluetooth only. The headset can be connected via Bluetooth AND the dongle at the same time. Note; I do have the RGB function disabled on my headset, which extends the battery life by a *ton*.
- Good range on the wireless connection, both Bluetooth and dongle.
- Capability to be wired with USB-C (console), or 3.5mm jack going into a headphone/mic splitter (PC)
- Amazing mic quality *while connect via wires*. Honestly the mic's balance and quality is on par with some dedicated desk/boom mic's that I've had in the past.
- Very comfy fit, I can easily wear them for 5-6 hours straight with no issues. Very little wiggle on my head, even when vigorously shaking or bobbing my head.
- Active noise cancelling is so good that it's almost disorienting. Being able to hear most of the environment around you just vanish really is a harrowing and alien experience after never having used it before. The noise cancelling is togglable from a button on the left earphone. There is also a Talk through function, for when you need to hear everything around you or carry on a conversation.
- Audio has next to zero delay whilst wireless. I've played quite a few CS:GO and Valorant games, relying almost entirely upon audio cues/footsteps. Not once did I notice any delay that ever affected gameplay.
Con(s): - Uhm... Mic quality whilst wireless decreases substantially? Less of a con, more of a side effect to ANY wireless connection.
Over all; If I could give this headset a 6/5 stars, I would. It really is one of the most versatile pieces of tech that I own.

Love them

This is my 2nd pair! This time I went for the wireless. I absolutely love this headset. The engine was an absolute much needed update for sure. The only thing I have to make a suggestion on is the volume scroll wheels, somehow or some way they need to be abit snugger/ tighter or some how had a clutch to the headphones for the wheels and controlled by the app to adjust the tightness. Razar has this feature for their mouse scroll wheels. Other than that these are beast.

THEE headphones to use for gaming, bar none, +more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely amazing headphones for gaming, conference calls and even music. Significant improvements and added feature over the previous models. Total 3D and virtual surround with sick head tracking feature that immerses you completely in the games and is vividly real (and just wildly cool, like nothing us old timers ever had).

Great headphones for work or play

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As usual with JBL products, the packaging was a joy to open—tight, secure, and aesthetically pleasing.
The headset itself immediately impressed me with its weight and build quality. It feels solid and durable while still being comfortable enough for long use. Even brand new, it gives the sense that it’s built to last.
Setup was seamless. Plugging in the USB dongle to my Xbox Series X worked instantly, with zero issues syncing the headset. Connecting to my phone was just as easy.
Noise cancellation is excellent, and the sound quality is everything I expect from JBL—crisp, immersive, and powerful. There’s a wide range of on-headset sound options, and you can immediately tell the speakers are top-tier.
The microphone is another standout. It’s very clear for conversations, whether gaming, on the phone, or at work. One of my favorite features is the auto-mute: when you flip the mic up, it clicks into mute mode automatically. A simple but brilliant touch of “surprise and delight.”
Comfort is also a huge plus. I’ve owned a lot of earbuds and over-ear headsets, and these already feel like something I could wear for long gaming sessions or extended work meetings without fatigue.
Overall, the JBL Quantum 910X nails it—build quality, comfort, aesthetics, features, and, most importantly, sound and mic performance. I’m confident this headset will deliver high-quality audio for years to come.

Good Headset For a Console

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headset is comfortable and easy to set up. I tried it both on my pc for Xbox party chat and for a video call. The audio mixer between voice and game volume is cool and works well for its purpose but the mic quality leaves a lot to be desired in wireless mode.
