This is a replacement flashlight to my HP1. The light output is excellent. Way more than the HP1. I used my HP1 for about 3 years and it stopped working. Filled out the warranty claim and they replaced it with the HX5 because the HP1 was no longer available.
I have many Coast flashlight and this EDC is the best. Small, easy to carry and bright.

Bought this light less than a year ago. Works well as I can attach to the brim of my hat when doing certain tasks. Only complaint is I wish it was rechargeable.
Great warranty service. My first one quit working, a new one was sent to me within the week.

Love this little light, can put it in my pocket and it doesn’t take up too much space has has a great light only uses one AA battery last for a long time has a nice focus and wide beam with a tail button press just love this little can’t say enough good things about it and then to put on top of that as a lifetime warranty you can’t go wrong. .
