Versatile small light

I use this light just about every day at work. The light last a long time and only had to change the battery once per year.

Wonderful when it worked

I bought two of these flashlights, one was lost and after a couple years with lots of trouble it no longer works. The weak link in this flashlight seems to be the switch, or possibly the looseness of the battery compartment, opening the flashlight and putting it back together seems to be a temp fix, but you have to admit if you need a flashlight, opening a small flashlight in the dark may just lead to missing parts. I persisted using the light because it was the perfect size and lumens to keep in my pocket all the time on the farm.

Just one AA and it's surprising how bright it is.
The slide-focus is very useful. Both a near-by utility light and a 25'-65' spot beam and at well over 3 hours of runtime it should last for weeks! And that while I am doing security guard work and use it almost every day.
