Great light with zero issues

I have two of these flashlights and have not had any issues. My first light was a Christmas gift probably fifteen years ago and the second I purchased a few years back. My wife uses one regularly to walk our hound before she goes to work. Perfect size and very bright using a lithium battery. No modes to cycle through. Simple on and off.

I recently had a warranty issue with my indispensable HX5 led light. The warranty process was very easy. I use my HX5 everyday as I am in the service industry. The convenience of being able to carry it in my pocket and the ability to clip it to my hat for hands free operation is awesome. The light is bright and really makes my job easier. I have had other flashlights in the past but the HX5 is the best. While I was going through the warranty process, I purchased an additional HX5. The quality of this light is great. Thank you for making such a high quality light. Please keep up the good work, and thank you for such an easy warranty process.

Great little light

I bought this last spring and carry it every day. I use it daily and it’s pretty amazing. It’s barely noticeable in my pocket, but not so small I forget about it and ruin it in the washer like a previous light. I got the rechargeable ZX210 battery for it and it puts out a lot of light for such a small size. I like that you can also just power it with a single AA if you need.
The grip makes it easy to hold on to. Still I’ve managed to drop it a few times onto concrete from about 4 or 5 feet off the ground and it’s fine. The clip is nice for fixing it to the brim of a ball cap.
The zoom feature is easy to use one handed, but a couple of times recently when I zoom it’s made the clip just about slide off over my thumb. That could just be user error.
I would probably buy it again if something happened to this one.
