EXTREMELY Easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be the most straight and easy setup I’ve ever come across, from box to first print 10 minutes if that. I chose this printer due to double sided printing capabilities not just on A4 but A3 too. It took me less than 10 mins to set it up. Once powered the printer gives step by step instructions through the set up so you can forget the booklet. The ink well was the first time straight from the packet nothing to rip off or unscrew and slot in the east to open front flap. Took 2 mins to prime. Already pre-loaded the brother app onto my phone and onto my laptop which I took at seconds and impaired up to the Wi-Fi. The print quality is brilliant, go missing sections or lines, eventually crystal clear colour.
I’ve already gone through the black cartridge and I already ordered one when the warning came on which gives you a good 100 page warning.
I was well impressed with the a3 picture quality no missing sections and more so with an image that gets blown up from a5.

You can email from anywhere in the world to your printer, when you send the email you get a response with a PIN number. Once you’re back at the printer you press print from email and enter the pin from the email you was sent and it’s starts printing it off. The scanner is a little too heavy but you can scan to phone or laptop/pc within seconds, AND IT SCAN BOTH SIDES with out having to place and flip the page.
My only grumble is the ink isn’t available as a subscription service. I would highly recommend it.

Smart printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer meets my expectations and doesn’t disappoint like most brother printers. Light weight, easy to set up and does the job pretty efficiently. Set up took less than 15 minutes and with the brother app it worked quickly. Quality seems to match what brother is good at so not disappointed on that aspect either. Speed of printing is good so far and works efficiently on most wireless networks. Design is modern & blends well in an office setting. I’m not sure if it can print double sided other than that everything seems to be fine. I would totally recommend for office use since it manages so many functions & is truly an all-in-one printer

Fantastic Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a life saver in our second office that’s run by my partner who isn’t a techy person however found the installation and working of this printer quite easy. She couldn’t be happier, the functionality is great and easy to use.
The printer has a touch screen and looks amazing. So easy to use as I explained earlier, another feather is it’s flawless printing specially when you need to print 500 plus orders everyday.
We highly recommend this product and hope that our review is as helpful as the printer would serve you. Don’t think anyone would regret buying this product as daunting as it may feel, our skepticism was eliminated completely. It’s the perfect sized printer too, not too bulky for the job it does

Excellent product

The print quality is very high. The printer is stylish and goes well in the office. It is user friendly and did not take me long to set up. Highly recommend this.

Really happy with purchase

I’ve had this Brother printer for several months now. It’s been used a lot, I’m down to 25% remaining on my second set of cartridges. It has been used wirelessly over several devices including my mobile phone and has connected seamlessly every single time, unlike other well known makers. Great scans and great prints. The replacement genuine inks are expensive but no more so than any other manufacturer. I like this PSC so much I only use genuine inks for it, unlike previous machines I’ve had. Also like the fact you can have 3 separate types of paper in. I only use 2, 1 for A4 and 1 for A3 but the 3rd option is there if I need it. Definitely the best A3 PSC I’ve ever had or used, you won’t regret it. I use this printer in a home environment doing loads of stuff for a local community charity.
ps. I know it sounds like it, but I assure you I’m not connected with Brother in any way!!

Works brilliantly

My old printer and scanner were several years old and very slow. This Brother machine is so fast in comparison at both kinds of job. I love being able to send a print command and it immediately jumps into action, sending out documents at real speed. Quality is great too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will not print both sides inkject paper

An excellent printer except for one very unfortunate flaw. You cannot use double-sided inket paper as the duplex system does not work with his type of now common media. It seems that All Brother printers fail in this regard. A shame because apart form this they excellent machines
