good quality labels, tedious installation

Produces quality labels quickly. However, the wireless install was far from smooth; the installation guide was confusing and poorly laid out. The P-Touch software is dated and overly complex. Label stock should be automatically detected and appropriate layout adjustments made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent label printer for marketing and retail. The only drawback is it doesn’t print in color. Other than that it’s a great versatile printer.

Good printer-Terrible support.

Absolutely no instructions included with QL810W label printer. Hours or online phone support required to finally set up printer to operate. Finally operating properly after waiting more than thirty minutes each time for support to answer. Four calls of more than one hour required to set up printer to operate. Extremely difficult to obtain support..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If anyone needs a label printer I recommend the QL-810W. Best printer. Love the WiFi part. I don’t have to sit at the computer. All done on my cell phone.
