Don't buy one!

I received this as a gift. I spent 4 hours of my time plus at least 2 hours with Brother technical support trying to get it to print. It would spit out labels but printed nothing on them. I asked Brother to replace the unit. But since I did not have the original receipt, they would not. Thank goodness I had my old QL-570 that did work. I will not buy another Brother product.

Can't connect to amazon Tablet

I am using this printer at my church. I am connecting the Amazon tablet to the printer wirelessly. The tablet finds the printer but is constantly having a hard time to connect.

If anyone needs a label printer I recommend the QL-810W. Best printer. Love the WiFi part. I don’t have to sit at the computer. All done on my cell phone.

Have been unsuccessful connecting wireless

It prints well but have been unsuccessful get it to connect VIA wifi.
