DO NOT BUY First of all it will not install correctly with a wired connection and blue tooth feature is a joke. I have only had to show as an option in software one time in a year. Then you have to buy dymo labels only. If I had known that before purchase I never would have purchased. I have a 4XL and 4 Dual Turbo. The release stick came off and now I can only print on one side of the dual turbo. Label feeds but now it will not print from that side. I am a huge Dymo fan. Hopefully my son an electronic engineer can fixt my dual turbo but I consider the 2 Dymo 550 my business purchased a waste of money. And yes I purchased genuine labels and still can't get it to be an option in Dymo Connect or Dymo Label even though it is showing as an installed printer. Even had 2 IT professionals try to resolve issue with no luck. My thoughts models after 550 if Dymo doesn't make other labels an option then businesses are going look for options other than Dymo. I know my business will.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The LabelWriter 550 device doesn't have the feature to connect via Bluetooth or wirelessly. The new-generation printers that are compatible with wireless connections are the LabelWriter 550 Turbo and 5XL, but they are only compatible with computers. The LabelWriter Wireless printer can be connected wirelessly to phones. However, the LetraTag 200B is compatible with Bluetooth connections on phones only.
We recommend the use of DYMO Authentic labels to resolve the excessive feeding, misaligned printing, and label jam issues caused by them. We can guarantee that our labels would work well without these issues.
However, if the labels are not being detected, we recommend cleaning the printer's head and sensors. Kindly visit dymo.com > DYMO Help Center > LabelWriter > How to clean my LabelWriter 5 series printer.

Wonderful

The ink doesn't smudge and the labels don't get stuck. For someone that sells a lot of products, this is a good buy for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly really like how easy this label printer is to set up and print from. It would be nice if it was WiFi enabled because it’s difficult to attach to my computer without USB ports and requires an adapter!

Easy to use and small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was very easy and I liked that it doesn’t take ink cartridges, it’s thermal paper. You do have to use this brand paper, others are not compatible which kind of stinks but is ok since you don’t need to but ink! I also like the small size, you can squeeze this in on the most cluttered desk, or throw it in a drawer if you won’t be using frequently. Overall, a nice label printer, will continue to use.
