Unusable equipment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure about the speed or quality because I couldn’t even use the device. I only have an IPAD and this requires a computer. Unboxing the label maker was confusing with lots of cords.

Our LabelWriter 550 is only compatible with Windows and Mac Operating Systems. Please be informed that the printer comes with two cords, the power cable and adapter and the USB cable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neat little system really packs a punch. It's so easy to learn to use and versatile in that you can use several sizes of labels.
It's so easy to set up that you don't really need the manual to do so. The most difficult part of setting up is installing the online user guide. But that's really simple so no worries.

High Quality label maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The printer needs to be set up through a computer. I used my laptop. The actual set up took 5 mins. Super easy. The labels are easy to put it in and get it going. It prints in seconds, and is very quiet. You can pick what kind of font and size.

Product absolutely requires you to use only their labels. Cannot use aftermarket labels. Versatility is absolutely ZERO. Performance with any labels other than theirs SUCKS. Efficiency is virtually nonexistent now. AVOID.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Workhorse Label Writer

The speed and print quality are above par, it takes up hardly no room on a desk or workstation and the noise level is pretty low. All in all, a great pick for label writers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dymo LabelWriter 550 is great for someone who just wants a no fuss label maker. It automatically detects the size of the labels you’re using, there are a variety of fonts and sizes you can use, and it uses heat to print so it doesn’t even need any ink, eliminating the need for buying ink. I used it to get organized at home and my office and am going to use it for return address labels on my envelopes next!
