[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a cool device. You need to install the software first before plugging it into the computer and outlet. Super easy to set up and very straightforward to use. No ink needed. Prints quite fast and very easy to insert the printing labels. Will definitely have a lot of use out of this to print shipping labels and what not

The company includes paper instructions as well as a link to watch their YT video on setup. The demonstration is quick and simple. It is easy to connect and begin printing. You can customize the print job with very small lettering or large and adjust to different size labels. I received this as a gift for my honest review.

bought a long time ago and constantly disconnects with app and not recognizing labels causing 1h waisted every time causing profit loss. at first i thought it was the machine got a different one same issue. get something else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to start out by saying I had extreme difficulty with downloading the registration and application for this label writer I have a pretty new Mac but it has has no storage on it and he would not allow me the update in order to download the correct version of it on my computer this alone was very frustrating as I took an extreme amount of time to troubleshoot getting the application on before even powering this whole entire label maker because it literally tells you to make sure that you download before powering on the print quality is good the paper handling works pretty well. I believe they ink efficiency will make me happy and the overall speed of the label maker was pretty good all in all this is pretty helpful little tool to have in your office or at home but again just the start off point for me had me pretty sour and it was hard to move past how long it took me to download the application to make the thing work

Awesome Label Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Label Writer 5XL was easy to set up. It comes with a USB, a long power cord/charger, Ethernet port and easy to follow directions. The labels were easy to load into the machine. The print quality is nice and there were options, through the software I had to upload to my laptop, to select fonts, add clip art, create QR codes, and boarders.
