Compact, flexible label printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This label printer was simple to set up and get started with. I love that it auto-senses the size of the labels when you load them, so you don't have to configure the software for the labels you select. Switching rolls of labels is fairly simple. This is a direct thermal label printer, so the labels do fade over time, especially if exposed to sunlight (compared to the longer-lasting, thermal transfer labels from much more expensive printers). The labels look fresh and crisp when newly printed and are great for printing postage or shipping labels. The compact size means it's always ready to go without taking up much desk space. Great value and a quality product!

Address labels in an instant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dymo Label writer is a dream come true for creating address labels. From start to finish, there’s no mess or fuss, and the result I have is an awesome set of address labels. Out of the box, the label maker is ‘plug and play’ ready to get started; the software that comes with it was easy to download and is easy to use navigate. I really like that there’s no ink or toner to worry about, and the cartridges are easy to replace. The smart shape and design of the label maker allows for space saving on my desk. The possibilities are endless with printing on the Dymo label maker; it’s such a gem and makes printing labels super quick and easy.

Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This label writer is easy to hook up to a computer. I like that I am able to use different sized labels in it. The text prints clear and does not smudge. I wish there was an app so I could quickly print from my phone. If there is an app, I was unable to find it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This DYMO 5XL labelwriter/printer is a great size for a home office or even an in office workspace where shipping labels are needed often. It came with software that you must install to a PC first. That was easy & the registration didn't give me any problem either. Setup of the device itself was really easy too. This printer is impressive with the size, fronts, types of labels etc it can make! Various shipping labels, bar codes & if I seen correctly even QR codes can be made & stuck to packages! I've used it once & allowed my apartment building office staff & a neighbor who makes crafts to use it & they enjoyed the ease of use & experience printing what was needed! The only reason that I gave this product 4 stars is because because with this 5 XL model, you have to use official DYMO labels with the RFID chips & no others will work (we tried, just to see). So, depending on your needs that could get very expensive to replace the label roles. However, I believe it is still a good quality product & very easy to use. If you're tired of using other means of printing or buying labels & want to do it from your desk, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

Fast and easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Label Writer is very impressive machine. I'm very happy with making labels, and it prints out the labels in a fast amount of time. Looks good sitting on my desk. You can make other type labels, such as name tags,etc.

Now I’m able to hope on the cumputer write them up in under a minute and print them out. Recommend this for small to large company’s. It’s quick and easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the LabelWriter 5XL from Dymo, and it works great for my small business labeling and mail labels i need on a daily base. After Downloading the program from Dymo it was easy on my laptop. just write the word, name or whole address or how ever I need it, and print and the label comes out and I just tear it off .this makes my label printing and live so much easier. and it always tells me how many labels I have left.
