Say what you will, it is overpriced. But the look is pleasing, and I enjoy the analog of it all. And the wood. The sound of the unit is particularly old school, and though they give you external speaker outputs, why would one bother? Same thing with bluetooth. Getting a great external bluetooth speaker would be far superior. Tivoli could put a better speaker in there, but then you can't retain the size of the unit. The alarm clock setting is seamless which is refreshing in the digital age. I wish that the macro clock setting process moved faster. The clock light is rather bright to have shining in your face at night, and you can't turn it off. Put a button on the top or something, guys! Did I say I love the wood? I do have to say that the other front facade materials seem sort of cheap and plastic. For that price point I would expect more. But I just love looking at it. Maybe that makes me cheap and plastic too. I have to look into this.

But...not same quality as my old Tivoli equipment.....could tell right out the box have much less it weighs....also, I would spend less on packaging and more on quality of the radio....not impressed with all the fancy packages...and FYI. I am listening to my old KLH radio Right now and it was made in 1970s....good quality...and it lasts...
