charging

my jbl has been on the charger for about 5 days straight and it says it’s fully charged and after using for 4 hours it died. it says it’s supposed to play for up to 12 hours but i got only 4 out of it fully charged. can anyone explain this?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I compared several Bluetooth speakers to the JBL flip five and I’m so happy I chose the flip five! Great bass and sound from a small speaker! Extremely happy with my purchase!

Just bought and relieved about a week ago but already so pleased with the product. Easy to use, quick connection, GREAT sound, seems robust and well made. Battery has not dropped yet at all even with using it all weekend nonstop. Bit expensive but seems well work the price. Have not tested the water proof claim, but it will be great to use at the lake when I don't want my phone near the water
