Incredible sound from small space

Love this speaker for compact size and great overall sound. just a tad short and n bass but hey it’s a small speaker. Little speakers NEVER deliver big bass sound.

Regrettably, I have to return it. I've already submitted my request and just waiting to hear back on it. I'm certain it's great just like the Flip 4, but for my own personal reasons I need the jack input. It's my own fault for making the purchase just assuming it had the input. I'd gladly just make an even trade for a red Flip 4 but I understand the process. My other purchase of the white Flip 5 I'll be keeping as a gift for my daughter.

I use to own a UE boom 2 speaker till it was stolen. I settled on the JBL Flip 5 and I love that it has the play button on it and that you could personalize it was my favorite part. The UE you had to tap it to on the top to pause it and that was a hassle, although it’s sound was clear and loud the Flip 5 isn’t to far off either and affordable. I also like that it has this tassel to carry it around with, as a pose to the UE you need to buy a clip to carry it on this small hook they have underneath it.

So cute yet so loud

Got my speaker in the mail. So far I’ve used it while I did my home workouts, I’ve took it on a climbing trip and I even listen to it in the shower. It’s perfect for taking the jams with you wherever you go. Also it’s surprisingly loud. I haven’t even needed to turn it all the way up yet.

I just got my jbl flip 5 today, I ordered the navy blue, the photo doesn’t give it justice it is a gorgeous color! Sounds amazing, I was surprised how well it compared to my jbl charge 4! Worth the buy! Only con is the speakers can not connect unless they are the same model.

Party mode doesn’t work.

I spent over an hour tonight trying to figure out that JBL connect app. It doesn’t automatically sync the Bluetooth to two devices on your phone. After syncing the two speakers the audio goes in and out. JBL doesn’t spend enough on their software. I purchased 2 Flip 5’s to use party mode. I’m so disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
