Best portable speaker for the money

I bought this JBL Flip and I love it even more than the one I bought in 2013. New features are great and it connects so easily to all my blue tooth devices. Quality speaker at an affordable price.

Sounds great, dinky and cheap

I have bought two flip 5s since February and neither lasted more than a month of never leaving my car. it sounded great while it lasted, but considering the price I’m very disappointed with the fact that both shat the bed within 4 weeks. Don’t waste your time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for the feedback. Generally speaking, leaving Lithium-Ion battery-powered devices inside the car (especially in hot weather) can and will severely impact the overall life of the battery. Enclosed spaces like these can cause extreme temperatures that are bad for the battery, the same goes for exposing it under direct sunlight for too long.

Easy to use, quick charge, vibrant sound with deep bass! Fits in the drink pocket of my backpack. Perfect for small gatherings of 4-6 at the patio or pool.

I wish it had more kick in the bass, however it sounds awesome, I put the roof on an addition toasty with this sitting on my tailgate and it sounded awesome all day long. I would recommend this speaker to friends

Patchy Bluetooth

I bought a custom speaker a few weeks ago, I’m super impressed with the fast shipping and our custom picture looks so cool! Sadly, I find myself disappointed with the Bluetooth. It’s super patchy if you are using your phone while using the speaker, and the range is pretty short. I love my JBL clip, but wouldn’t purchase the Flip 5 again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
