Great sound

I bought this a few days ago and I really liked the option of being able to personalize the speaker... makes it more my own.
Great sound, but I’ve noticed that the battery life is not 12 hours but more like 8 hours... not sure what happened there...
Other than that. Great product!

i upgraded to a flip 5 from a clip 2. my clip was so old & broken. the flip 5 sound is amazing! the design is fantastic & it makes for the best speaker i've owned. 10/10!!

This speaker has rich and deep sound quality. My only regret is waiting so long to get it. JBL is a great company- ease of purchase, quick turn around, and excellent communication regarding delivery.

My wife bought a new Flip 5 personalized speaker. The sound is great, the price was right, and the personalization was a fantastic feature. Overall it is a great speaker and generates lots of attention from folks that see it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It has amazing sound...And yet..

Don't get me wrong, this is an incredible Speaker from the outside and Sound Quality...
However, I've only had it since October and it randomly died.
I cannot get it to turn on thus I cannot even factory reset it, and it wont charge or anything at all.
Mine is acting completely void of life here...

Really upset. This was my favorite speaker... And I needed it for an online concert today in fricken quarantine...
I can't even find any way to trouble shoot it as it wont turn on at all :(
