Bluetooth has broken after only a year of use!

After a little over a year of use, the bluetooth no longer works. It powers on and off normally with all the usual sounds but when on, only the power button lights up, the bluetooth button neither lights up nor works at all. I've tried all the different types of restarts and combinations of button pressing to no avail. From what I've seen online is that there isn't much of a fix but maybe I haven't looked hard enough.

We appreciate your feedback. We hear you, and we're here to help. Please do a factory reset. Turn on the speaker. Press and hold "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. The speaker will turn off and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the speaker in Bluetooth settings on your phone or tablet in order to pair it again. For further assistance, please contact us.

It's definitely an amazing speaker, I love everything about it of course the only negative thing about it is no Aux & Mono sound

Android App does not play stereo mode

iOS JBL App plays Stereo mode with two Flip 5’s Android app only plays Party/Mono mode.
They sound great but without stereo mode on my Note 9 I'm disappointed.

I bought this speaker to take with me on a rafting trip and well let's just say I fell out of the raft with all my gear including the speaker attached to my back pack still playing music after being submerged in the water for at least 15 minutes until I got back on my raft. This speaker is Awesome and was definitely worth the price

Sound Quality Great but...

I bought it month ago and Sound Quality is Great but bluetooth is the only critical issue.it is not pairing with every devices .But with Flip4
i have not such problem.
