Sound issues

Sound cuts out every 2 seconds connected to pc. Would not recommend

Not loud enough

Its OK just not loud as I thought. I should be much louder, and the bass is low also.

- Try using a different music player and if you're using an equalizer, turn it off.
- Try using a different source ex. (phone, tablet) for us to check if the sound would still be the same.

terrible connection

I bought this during the thanksgiving holiday. It was ok the first couple of month. But then, it disconnects constantly even during the the episode switch. then you have to press 10 times to reconnect, sometimes have to re-start the computer to get connected. it is definitely over stated product.

We got this beautiful personalized speaker for a gift and it was beautiful. The colors were bright and it turned out perfect! Our fried loves turtles, and a week after her birthday, she went to the beach and saw a sea turtle come in from the ocean, dig and lay her eggs, then head out back. It will be a wonderful memory everyone she plays her speaker!
Just bought one to replace a Bose Revolve. Literally made it 4 hours vs the 7 I had with the Revolve. Not sure others experience but I am very disappointed.

Sounds Good, Won’t stay On

Bought this a few months back, great sound and was excited to use it. Fast forward a few months and now it won’t stay powered on. Very disappointed in the life span of this speaker considering I paid more for this than similar types of speaker I was look into. Can’t see buying another one. Too bad, loved the sound, on to another brand.

This speaker sounds amazing!

I love the personalized aspect of the speaker. We used a precious family photo that brings us great joy every time we see it. There is a problem with the speaker cutting in and out at times. I have to shut down all of the permissions in the apps so they don't interfere with the phone doing phone things. I have to make sure it's only being used as a speaker. Also, wifi in my location is always dicy sometimes I need to run the phone on the data link. Overall, I love the stunning bass response and great quality of the sound. Still glad I got it even though I have trouble with it at times. It could be just related to where I live.
I would recommend this to a friend!
