Disappointed

I won't hold a charge. Goes dead in 5 minutes. I paid to much for this to be bad already.

I bought two speakers to connect them in my office. One for the waiting room one for my thereof room. I find this to be a disappointing purchase. Here is why: I struggle with connecting them, they cut in and out, if I change the volume in one room it kicks off the other speaker. The directions are cryptic and difficult. Every day it connects a different way. I will now buy these items again. Perhaps a different system would have been better for what I was trying to achieve.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on our JBL Flip 5. The constant disconnection from the speaker could be due to interference with other wireless signals. Please ensure a clear line of sight between the speaker and the source and shut down unused Bluetooth products nearby. Verify if the issue continues across different music applications and devices. You can also try resetting both speakers by pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 5 seconds. while the speaker is powered on.
