Disappointed

I won't hold a charge. Goes dead in 5 minutes. I paid to much for this to be bad already.

Dissapointment

I bought two speakers to connect them in my office. One for the waiting room one for my thereof room. I find this to be a disappointing purchase. Here is why: I struggle with connecting them, they cut in and out, if I change the volume in one room it kicks off the other speaker. The directions are cryptic and difficult. Every day it connects a different way. I will now buy these items again. Perhaps a different system would have been better for what I was trying to achieve.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on our JBL Flip 5. The constant disconnection from the speaker could be due to interference with other wireless signals. Please ensure a clear line of sight between the speaker and the source and shut down unused Bluetooth products nearby. Verify if the issue continues across different music applications and devices. You can also try resetting both speakers by pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 5 seconds. while the speaker is powered on. Don’t expect good battery life

Good for sound absolute dog doo for battery life and charging time is just ridiculous for it to die in less than an hours use. Charge for 4 hours, die before 1 hour? What is better? What is so flip 5 Had the flip 4 too and it also took a crap on me.

Thanks for your feedback. The published up-to-playtime is the maximum battery time you will get when listening at background levels. As you turn up the volume, the playtime will be reduced, much like a phone battery when you brighten the screen. The same goes for source material. Music with more bass will also reduce playtime. It is possible that the battery is working correctly, but depletes more quickly when the volume is very loud and/or the bass has been boosted. Please try to charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to-playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. Please contact us for further assistance.
