Battery power & paring multiple flip

I just recently bought the flip 5 and my battery doesn't last know 12 hours more like 9 hours. I feel like I’m always charging it. An all of the other flips you can pair multi speakers so it’s louder but can’t with the flip 5 only one it works with is the pulse color change speaker really it’s not even a flip. That’s my only 2 problems with my jbl flip 5 I love how loud and when the bass hits it hits.

So very happy with the way the personalized picture of my daughter came out of the JBL flip five speaker she was totally surprised made for a beautiful birthday gift. Will definitely consider doing another

Great Speaker until the warranty is up

I loved this speaker, but now that the warranty expired the bluetooth button won't work. Customer "service" said it's my phone's fault that the button on the speaker won't work. Seriously?!? It turns on and it sits with the power button on. I've tried just about everything I can find on the internet. It won't do anything except turn on, turn off, and go into "service" mode and back out of "service" mode. I'd like a speaker that plays music.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you encounter issues using the speaker with your phone or tablet, or you want to remove all previous Bluetooth pairings from the speaker, it may be necessary to 'factory reset' the speaker. Here's how: First, remove or forget the speaker from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in the settings of the phone or tablet. Then, with the speaker powered on, press and hold the Volume + and Play buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the unit turns off. The speaker has now been restored to factory default settings. I bought the speaker for my son a couple of weeks ago and he loves using it! The size is perfect and the sound it great! I also liked that I was able to customize it to give the speaker a unique look. Thank you for very fast shipping!

Dreaming of the days in Rock n Roll! Brought home the Flip 5 tonight and so glad I did! Awesome sound. I never thought a MP anything could sound better (well as good anyway) than our old vinyl and tape reel to reels! I have no complaint with this as long as the world has bluetooth! Love the way the sound can take over a room. All the specs are good but I can't find an answer to one question as I haven't run across this one.... This usb charging cord. It has its' red card in the center instead of upper or lower connect. Can I safely plug it into my computer to charge or use a cell phone charger? I'm confused on this only - don't want to screw it up! Is it flexible? It doesn't just slide into my chargers and an adapter isn't provided. Thanks for another cool product.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. He loves to listen to music while cleaning or playing his game. I also have one in my office at work. This speaker has a great sound with minimal volume. I had his speaker personalized with a picture and it looks GREAT! It looks just as the picture I uploaded.
