Mono!

I was completely satisfy with my old flip4, and deceided to ugrade a bit. I have neven imagined that a newer version was a MONO speaker. Hello, how is possible in 2021??? For this price. Yes you can hear the difference even on a small speaker. Nice sound and bass true, but very disappointed :(

We appreciate the feedback you've provided to us. Our JBL Flip 5 is a mono speaker as it only has 1 racetrack-shaped driver on one end. But you can make it stereo with another JBL Flip 5 through the JBL Connect app. If you need more help, please contact our local distributor for Hungary for assistance:

purchased two and couldn't be happier with my choice. Placed them in the rafters of our outdoor gazebo and it fills the space with music. You can't even tell where the music is coming from. In fact I'm thinking about buying a third to kick it up a notch since the two are so freaking good. The bass will not knock you over but very adequate for most music. Honestly it did take me about 30 minutes or so to figure out JBL connect and the sequence with which you turn the speakers on but after I got over my "being old" moment I now can fire both up with no trouble and the stereo affect is outstanding. I have not experienced any dead moments that some have talked about.
These are replacing my old Bose Mini II and I'm very glad I took the leap.

Personalization needs improvement

I purchased a FLIP 5 and paid extra to have it personalized. Everything looked great at first but then the printed graphics started to crack and chip off as I continued to use my speaker more and more. I’m a bit disappointed at the quality of the printing since it doesn’t appear to be durable at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Volume??

I just received your Flip 5 camo.
I'm using it to call wild hogs in the woods but the volume isn't very loud at all. I'm using a hog calling app on my Motorola
Android.
Is there anyway to increase the volume??

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Please try to use a different phone/source device. If the volume level is the same, you may have to get a bigger speaker like the JBL Xtreme 3 or Boombox 2.

Bought this for outdoor, the garage and around my vacation property. There are no radio stations in the area so this allows me to stream any station I like.
