As I have a muscular condition, this is perfect. Button start, (CANNOT pull a cord) so light I can maneuver it w/out injury. 1 charge was ample time mow 2500sqft. So happy I don't have to ask someone or hire somebody.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 401C does a wonderful job and is very quiet. I got tired of struggling to push a hand mower through tall grass and the Sun Joe does it effortlessly. I've never run out of battery power. I suggest putting the charger on a 4 hour timer so there's no worry about overcharging.

I live in a town home with a small front yard and a larger backyard. This mower has enough power to finish the yard with some charge left over. I have a bad back and this mower is light weight and easy to maneuver with the high handle. Using it is actually fun as well as environmentally friendly. It is also very quiet compared to a growling gas motor. It actually surprised me as to how quiet it is. Runs on low speed most of the time but if I hit a patch of higher grass it speeds up to cut more easily and cleanly making an even cut all over the yard. I made a wonderful purchase with the cordless SunJoe mower and will be buying more SunJoe cordless products in the future. As for the quality of the mower at first I was skeptical since it was so light but my concerns were squashed when I used it for the first time. If you have a small yard that can be cut in 30 minutes this is the mower to buy. For larger yards SunJoe also has longer battery life models so don't delay and buy a SunJoe today! You won't be disappointed!

Orderded on Sept 25 and was delivered on Sept 28. Super service on delivery. Easy to assemble and charge. Very easy to use even on long grass. Easy to clean after useing. Should have purchased earlier in the year.
