A piece of cake. Simple to use....light weight and easy to operate. My grandson and I assembled it in a matter of minutes. Nothing to it. I live in a mobile home park with a very small piece of grass to tent to and this fits it to a tee. Great machine and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Simple and safe. It starts at a quiet and low speed and after about 5 seconds it goes into full roar. I never ran out of battery power but I believe I can extend battery life by estimating the time it goes into full power and letting go of the handle and instantly re-starting it until the next full power change and continuing that system. If you are going over rough ground I imagine it would reduce damage from rocks and roots. I like it a lot. I wash it off every use and fold the handle then push it into my garage out of the way, it's light and fun to use, I'd like my grass to grow faster to use the mower some more.

This creature is just amazing., 23 lbs and it works better then most 50 lb machines. If this failed in 6 months from now I’d get another. Love, love, love it. It looks like a toy but it’s a workhorse.

I LOVE my Sun Joe lawn mower. I was so fed up with my temperamental gas mower. It often didn't start and I wanted a change. I decided to look at electric, and realized I didn't want to mess with a cord. I found Sun Joe online and figured it was worth a try given the reasonable price. It had me at hello! I did have to re-charge to get through my lawn the first time since things were quite overgrown, but it was up to the task! It charged through everything with the sharp blade. Since the first go round I'm able to mow my entire lawn on one charge with "juice" to spare. I don't think I'll ever go back to a gas mower after this experience. And now I'm eyeing the snowblower...

Very light, durable, hard to adj height

Have had this product for a year, great to use on small/med lawn but low top-end height of cutting means grass gets burned more than it should. Also, slipping of wheel/height adjustment while mowing means having to adjust 4-5x each time out. Ordered larger wheels from another model through Sun Joe but they don't fit / not possible to replace once initially assembled. So close to being a great product!
