Great electric mower for the price

Used this electric mower for 5 months and cuts well. Using the adjustment height is a snap. Especially good cutting results on Bermuda grass. Only hitch is the grass catcher...too flimsy and can tear easily if it gets too heavy with grass.

Love the mower with mulching

I purchased this mower cuz I couldn't pull the cord anymore...as I'm getting older and seems weaker, at first glance I thought cord came with, that was easily fixed by going to Lowe and purchase 100ft cord. This mower was easy to assemble just 4 screws...although one of the knobs didn't have the correct fitting but didn't matter I just used the screw not the green thing.
Overall I really enjoyed using this product once I got use to the long cord it was a pleasure to work with. My lawn looks awesome now...

Loved it at first. Now I just want to toss it

Worked great for the first 2 years. Now when one battery falls below the 3 green lights the mower shuts off. I can't even mow a 10×10 section of my lawn without the mower dieing. Supposedly the batteries should last 10 years or some 3000 times of mowing, didn't even come close. I hate when companies lie to sell products.

There are no replacement blades available. It would be helpful if Sun Joe makes a suggestion which blades can be used to replace current blade since they don't offer one!!!!!!!

Poor Experience with this mower.

Burned out after 3 years, 1 season after the warranty expired. Should have investigated if this product included documentation on parts list indicating it could be repaired. It didn't. This model is almost all plastic, even the mower housing. If you bump into something while mowing, you hear the spinning blade touch the housing. I took it all apart to salvage what little metal was in it. Now have a garbage pail full of plastic pieces that will wind up in the landfill and a much smaller amount of metal that will go to scrapyard.

Do not trust single, no real warranty

Got 3 uses out of mine, engine has a short in it and blows fuses if plugged in. Support promises a replacement, it's been 4 months and they are just screwing me around. Do not trust this brand at all!
