Wow I’m totally impressed

First setting up is 4 screws and your ready super easy plug and go. My gardener MIA during Coronavirus, grass was 7-12 inches and thick this lawnmower on low setting took it down. So the reviews that said stalled 3-5 inches, must have cutting something else. I’m 64 woman and this was so easy to setup and just mow very light to push. I’m completely impressed and would highly recommend, I have the MJ403E electric 17inch it looks heavy and big but handles incredibly well.

This Lightweight is a Heavy-hitter -- it hit my weeds & lightweight grass with straight jabs steadily, & where my nit-picky persnickety neighbor's thick tough grass border-jumps into my yard, it knocked it out with ease -- all with a cord attached. It comes with a cord-tension-holder helper-thing, that keeps the cord from being unplugged; which makes mowing with a cord much easier. I have many trees & bushes in my yard, yet when pushing a mower that weighs so-so-much lighter in weight than pulling a cord; it all seemed effortless. I really like how many height options are available; I can get low enough not to hurt the lawn, while also being low enough that my exacting neighbor's rider-mower will never be lower....

My last MowJoe was the 14" mower which I used for 7 years with never a problem. Loved it! Earlier this month moved up to the 17" mower and expect it to last just as long or longer. I love it. So easy to use. 17" has a one-lever selector for wheel height which is very nice (the 14" wheels must each be adjusted separately). Only two things I do not like -- the handle is too high for me (4'11" tall) and the mower falls back when left as the grass catcher makes it too heavy to remain upright except when completely empty. The handle I hope to fix by drilling new holes and moving the top section down. There was very little assembly -- I was out mowing within half an hour of taking it out of the shipping box. The larger back wheels make it easier to mow my bumpy not-level yard.

I love this product! No more money spent on gas and all the carburetor problems that went with a gas mower. No exhaust smoke in our lungs. Husband has heart trouble and pulling cord several times bothered him. Push button and holding the GO bar is perfect! Only 38 lbs and picks it up for storage Easily. Pushes easily!
Mows great! Even I can do it @ 74 yrs old with arthritis and low strength.

POOR SUPPORT - NO REPLACEMENT BLADES AVAIL

REF Sun Lawn Mower Replacement Blade Part#: MJ403E-32
The replacement blade for this unit has been NA for close to a year now.
Treat your one blade well, because that is what sets the life length of this unit.

Just a heads up , every so often take top cover off exposing motor and fan , clean all grass out so motor can cool. I did mine after 3 years it was full of grass causing it to get hot and stop working...

The lawn more is entirely made of plastic. Even the wheels are plastic. It makes it very light but not very sturdy. When the lawn bag is almost full, it tips the lawnmower because the bag is then heavier than the mower.
It is quiet enough and easy to use. I, however, do not expect it to last many years.
