I had bought this a few years ago to aid in my home PT. Having a spine reconstruction I am limited and this bike seemed to be great, at first. The unit just died, I thought it was the batteries but after trying several different ones the result was no different. All that money wasted for a disposable type unit. I love my total gym and wish the cyclo trainer would of lasted just as long! I don’t have a lot of money to waste being disabled and feel this is a waste for sure. I wish they would replace it.

I bought because I had a stroke & I need away to get movement to the effected area I don't want to rate it just yet. I can tell you this it would be nice to have some one set it up & brake it down That's a lot of work for me . It's hard to keep my damaged limb on pedal.I took my shoe off to keep my foot in the sturup. I bought the dip bars to with other things .I will say that has helped my shoulder on the arm that was effected. I have also grabbed pedals with my hands & pedal to. For me it is work to set up but that is because I had a stroke & should not be setting it up at all. I will say this I have a older model of the total gym. i bought in 1998 I think & that is how I got my effected arm back behind me in a couple tries . I my opion it has helped me. Well they made me rate it away & that is why I'm not giving it a 5 Because I don't know yet.

I am so happy I broke down and brought this attachment. I’ve only had it a month and see a big difference. But, I was on it 5 days a week for an hour as I looked at my soaps. Very happy with this attachment.

When I ordered the Cyclotrainer, I was halfway expecting a cheap piece of equipment, but after inserting the batteries and using it, I found it to be sturdy and very quiet to use. Also it pretty much kicked my butt by the amount of workout I received from it, with its variable resistance.
