I had bought this a few years ago to aid in my home PT. Having a spine reconstruction I am limited and this bike seemed to be great, at first. The unit just died, I thought it was the batteries but after trying several different ones the result was no different. All that money wasted for a disposable type unit. I love my total gym and wish the cyclo trainer would of lasted just as long! I don’t have a lot of money to waste being disabled and feel this is a waste for sure. I wish they would replace it.

Perfect Balance for Quads, Hamstrings, and Glutes

I love this machine! It is really well built, very quiet, and stable. What I didn't expect is how the exercise position provides a great balance of muscle use between your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes. By contrast a typical stationary bike will focus mostly on quads with stress on your knees. I also like when you pause the timer also pauses. Total Gym Products are great! Love my recently purchased Total Gym Fit too!

I have been trying to take better care of my health. I used the Total Gym at least 4-5 times a week and I love it. I tried to incorrect running into my fitness and it absolutely killed one of my knees. Had horrible pain that would put me down for 2 weeks. I started hearing about the Cyclo Trainer on a FB group I belong to. I splurged and purchased it and I will say it’s been an amazing addition to my workouts. Great thing is no knee pain. I ride 11-14 miles on level 4. It is such a great workout! My thighs burn. I’m hoping next week to increase my resistance. I highly recommend purchasing the Cyclotrainer!!
