Only regret is that I didn’t buy it sooner. So nice to have one piece of equipment with several attachments to choose from. High quality, fast shipping, works perfectly. I’m 65 and I can maneuver set up and take down easily.

This attachment provides a good cardio workout without stressing the back or joints. The one negative is that you are pretty much laying on your back. So it is difficult to watch TV or play games on your phone, etc. while working out which make it 30 boring minutes.

We’ve had it for several weeks now and my wife and I use it once every day for after our total gym fit workout and we have no problems with the unit. She uses level 7. I use 8. Great cardio. We are still on the first set of batteries. It’s easy to install/uninstall. The dvd gives you all you will need to know about using the trainer
