The CycloTrainer is an excellent addition to my Total Gym! It's ability to function as a recumbent bike is perfect for my knee issues. Non-jarring, smooth glide with settings for distance, speed and resistance is far beyond expectations. Set up couldn't be easier! Much more comfortable and more options than with a stationary bike. Couldn't be happier with Total Gym and CycloTrainer!
