Good addition to total gym

Just got it today, ready assembly and setup. Only complaint is the tension doesn't go up high enough. Good for about everything but strengthening or bulking up. Great for cardio and knee injuries, etc.

The CycloTrainer is an excellent addition to my Total Gym! It's ability to function as a recumbent bike is perfect for my knee issues. Non-jarring, smooth glide with settings for distance, speed and resistance is far beyond expectations. Set up couldn't be easier! Much more comfortable and more options than with a stationary bike. Couldn't be happier with Total Gym and CycloTrainer!
