I'm rehabbing my knees and want to start riding a bike. I'm planning on using the Cyclo trainer to help accomplish that. I can't quite get around (working on the knees' range of motion); but, it's getting closer. Every week I check my progress.
What can I say about the unit: * it's solid. * It requires minor assemby - that was easy and without any hangups. * The LED readout is great. I prefer that over no readout.
Can't assign a 5 star rating--yet. That will come after I get on it and start pushing with it.

This is perfect for my needs since my knee was starting to bother me even on low speed on the treadmill with heavily padded running shoes. Don’t worry 10 minutes on this at a brisk pace and mid resistance settings will really get your heart rate up and you’ll feel the burn in your quads. Better than a bicycle too since the seat can really do a number on your groin/private areas. I recommend this version instead of the cheaper version since the digital readout is useful in measuring intensity and calories burned. Could use a little more functionality/update on the onboard display including a light.

This thing is very nice. HD like all their parts. Biggest issue is that the foot loops arent big enough to put my big feet in. I have to just rest them on outside of the loops. I wish the loops were a stretchable material or just came off.
