I bought this a couple of months ago to replace one I had purchased from my rehab center. I especially like the tension control and timer. It is smaller than my earlier purchase, but more stable. I use it every day.

Am in a wheelchair and put my Stamina facing a wall so it won't scoot, then I lock my chair. Works great, except...I wear a size 10 shoe and my toes hit the wall even if I back up my foot on the pedal. Solved the problem by putting a 9 inch 1 x 4 in front of he exerciser between it and the wall giving me an extra 4 inches so my feet don't touch the wall. Works great!!

What I like the most about this machine is that it’s small, it’s easy to use, and it’s effective. I bought it for my mother because she stays at home with a caretaker now. She doesn’t get out much and this is our first winter up north. So I decided to get it for her arms and her legs, to keep her active. So far so good :-)
