When I tried to use it with my floor matt I slid away, some sore of cord to attach to my chair while I peddle would be great.

Defective pedal

I bought my machine after having a right knee replacement in April 2021. After the recovery I had to have the same knee replaced again. So I started using the machine again. After 3 wks of use the left pedal came off. I tried to screw it in but the screw threads were stripped out of the machine and the pedal. What now?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After one week the mini exercise bike broke. The company is attempting to send us a new part. The first attempt sent us a pedal instead of an internal gear.

I like it but the left pedal is loose after 1 week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago and I like it but after few times of using, the left pedal is completely loose and producing friction sounds and about to break, I sent to customer care to replace with a new one

This is a great little exercise tool! The only down fall is one of the pedals keep falling off. I have reached out to company waiting to hear Back!! I am sure u would give it 5 stars if it worked properly!!

Love the idea but product keeps breaking

I was so excited about receiving this as a gift however I have had it for about 4 months and spend more time screwing the inside screw in or the pedal back on than I can using it!! It’s just too aggravating!!
