This unit is easy to use and works well for my purposes. It is very quiet. You do need a mat or something to put it on to keep it from slipping forward but that's ok. The tension knob hardly provides any noticeable tension but again, for my purposes, this unit is fine. Price is very affordable compared to the tv advertised cycles too, and as far as I know, provides exactly the same type of exercise.

Purchase the mini exercise bike to keep active during the covid lock down. Great for legs and arms. Had rotator cuff surgery a fee months ago and it great for exercising the arms. Also had my bicep cut becauseof damage done. Using it faithfully everyday. Works great!!!

The foot grips do not keep the bike stationary when using. I have found that I need to place it against a wall to keep it from moving. You can't see the monitor while riding, need to use my cell phone for timer.

Waste of $$$$$

Ok bike, but it slides across the floor when I use it. It happens on wood, tile, and carpet. I called Customer Service and got the run around. I would like some help with this problem. It is a ton of $$$$$ to spend and not want to do battle with the bike when I use it. Is there a non slip mat I can use and where can I get one?

I'm sorry to hear that your product is sliding. To prevent the 15-0141 from moving during use we would recommend using a not slip mat. The main thing is to make sure you are sitting upright in the correct chair. If you are leaned back it can cause you to push the product away form you.
