Love the idea but product keeps breaking

I was so excited about receiving this as a gift however I have had it for about 4 months and spend more time screwing the inside screw in or the pedal back on than I can using it!! It’s just too aggravating!!
My father also has one and he is experiencing the same issues!!

Hi Johnny, thank you for your feedback on the Stamina Mini Exercise Bike. If you find it is sliding away from you try using an upright chair. Sitting in an upright position with make your weight push down and hold the product in place. If you are leaned back on a couch for example, it will push the product away from you. I hope this helps. I was a bit skeptical when I ordered the product, but it has performed well thus far. There are more expensive machines on the market, but this one works well for me. The only problem I've had is to find the right chair to sit in while I do it, but it just takes some experimenting. So far, I'd recommend this product to others, especially during this time of enforced isolation. Happy Easter to everyone.

I've been using my Stamina Mini Exercise and have found a couple of things that I have to overcome to use it. First the feet do not offer any stabilizing when you peddle it moves ahead and I have to use something to anchor it. Also when peddling if my feet are not place in a certain way they your heel or toe touch the cross bars on the floor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you find it is moving away from you be sure you are seated in an upright chair so that your weight is pushing down on the product rather then pushing it away. This is a great little exercise tool! The only down fall is one of the pedals keep falling off. I have reached out to company waiting to hear Back!! I am sure u would give it 5 stars if it worked properly!!

Light enough to carry to place under desk or move to another place to use. Make sure you are in a sturdy chair and in the correct sitting position (back straight and the bike right below your knees) not too far out in front of you, as the bike will slide on hardwood floor. It’s well-made and will certainly add a steady but gentle improvement to my osteo-arthritis diagnosis, so I’m happy with the purchase ... good value.
