Purchase the mini exercise bike to keep active during the covid lock down. Great for legs and arms. Had rotator cuff surgery a fee months ago and it great for exercising the arms. Also had my bicep cut becauseof damage done. Using it faithfully everyday. Works great!!!

This unit is easy to use and works well for my purposes. It is very quiet. You do need a mat or something to put it on to keep it from slipping forward but that's ok. The tension knob hardly provides any noticeable tension but again, for my purposes, this unit is fine. Price is very affordable compared to the tv advertised cycles too, and as far as I know, provides exactly the same type of exercise.

I am a healthy, active, 5 foot tall, 110 pound, 71 year-old Grandmother who purchased the Stamina Mini Exercise Bike to meet my need for exercise in the winter, when daily walking out of doors in my climate is unsafe. It has exceeded my expectations. I am able to do sustained 30-minute pedaling sessions at 115 revolutions per minute. It was easy to assemble. Other reviewers have mentioned a problem with pedals falling off with use. I have not had this problem - I check for tightness after every couple of uses and there has been no loosening of the pedal connections. Others have mentioned that it 'creeps' away from them on the floor with use. I use it on a stationery mat and it stays put. I would recommend this product.

Both of us use the exercise cycle daily and are happy with the increase in our muscle tone and endurance. We suggest you make it possible to select a higher level of resistance, and easier to change the resistance level.
