This allows for your weight to push down on the product and not away from you, keeping the 15-0141 in place. When my Stamina mini-bike first arrived, there was a defect on the right pedal. A phone call to Stamina resulted in a replacement pedal, and it's been smooth sailing since then. The bike fits under a dining room chair, so it's easy to slide it out and use. That encourages me to use it more. I really like the screen, which tells me how I'm doing. More encouragement! This little machine will not end up in a closet or basement.
