my husband is happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband takes care of my lawn of about 3500 sq ft. This year, the lawn has not been very pretty like it used to be and he is finding resources and ways to make it like before. He was very excited to use it. The instructions were easy to follow and took him very little time to assemble. We love how it doesnot use gas. He started to use it and seems happy about it. The bags do fill quickly, so needs to empty it quite often. We think the dethatcher did a good job. We couldnot believe there was so much of dead grass, and it didnot affect the good grass. The lawn is looking a little better than before. He plans to use it again fora better result. We are so far happy with this dethatcher and will continue to use it.

Good product but damaged upon arrival

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product but came damaged upon arrival. The height adjuster and the bag flap were broken upon arrival but overall it still works. Powerful motor with good results. The quality does seem a little cheap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really liked the thatcher. It was so nice and easy to use that not only did my husband do the lawn , I did half of it . It was fun and easy. Our lawn now looks great ! I would definitely recommend this thatcher .

Amazing electric lawn dethatcher and scarifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sun Joe electric lawn dethatcher and scarifier is a great lawn machine for small/mid sized lawns. Its just the right weight and maneuvers easy. It charges pretty quickly too. The scarifier functions cuts deep for thicker growth. You can control the depth ranging from -.4 in to .4 in. Comes with a easy to remove bag too. Comes with a 2 year warranty. I have used other Sun Joe products and this lawn machine is of equally good quality. You can also use this for leaves in the fall. Overall a fabulous lawn machine that is electric with no maintenance requirements and space requirements for storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SUN JOE - Sun Joe AJ805E Electric Lawn Dethatcher + Scarifier W/ Collection Bag | 15-inch | 13-Amp makes my yard the envy of the neighborhood. My lawn has never looked fresher, and greener. It as fast, and easy to use. It pulled all the dead grass, and weeds up very well. The Collection bag kept everything easy to clean up.

My dethatcher works for a minute and then stops

When it works, it works well. But my dethatcher runs for a minute and then stops. I have to wait a couple of minutes and then it starts to work again for a minute or so. Is this because of some heating issue ?

Great customer service

This customer service is wonderful. Our machine had the electric cord inadvertently cut and they sent me a brand new machine. This machine works perfectly and by next year my grass will be perfect. It took a lot out even on the highest settings. People complaining about need to empty a lot needs to realize you must have a lot of dead grass. I did empty frequently but my grass was well over due. Thank you for this machine. Love love love it 🤩
