Does The Job Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sun Joe AJ805E Electric Lawn Dethatcher w/ Collection Bag was extremely easy and straight forward. The machine does an extremely good job.
Changing the blades is quite easy. Each is held in place with two hex screws. The tool is included with the kit. The bagging unit is easy on and off. That said, if you have a large lawn that needs de-thatching, the bag will fill up quite quickly. The machine is light and easy to operate. You do have to guide it along or it tends to move from side to side as it goes over thick patches of grass. Nice machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really liked the thatcher. It was so nice and easy to use that not only did my husband do the lawn , I did half of it . It was fun and easy. Our lawn now looks great ! I would definitely recommend this thatcher .

Great lawn Dethatcher

The assembly instructions are very simple and setup only took me a few minutes, also I was really surprised how light this machine is. I like a lot that no running with gas. I had a bunch of dead grass in my lawn and it removed it very easily. It comes pretty handy just because we bought a house and lawn is awful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sun Joe electric lawn dethatcher and scarifier is a great lawn machine for small/mid sized lawns. Its just the right weight and maneuvers easy. It charges pretty quickly too. The scarifier functions cuts deep for thicker growth. You can control the depth ranging from -.4 in to .4 in. Comes with a easy to remove bag too. Comes with a 2 year warranty. I have used other Sun Joe products and this lawn machine is of equally good quality. You can also use this for leaves in the fall. Overall a fabulous lawn machine that is electric with no maintenance requirements and space requirements for storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was very easy to put together for use. It worked like a charm! I didn’t realize how bad I needed to dethatch my lawn. One pass and I saw a noticeable difference. I love how lightweight this machine is compared to the gas alternative. It was also very easy to clean and the size makes storage much easier. It is very quiet which is my favorite feature. The high power motor and the large collection bag make this a must have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This piece of equipment is very useful and has really decent power considering it is electric. It did a great job on our established bermuda grass in the areas where it was thick with dead grass. I do think this machine may struggle with thicker yards meaning it would run out of power more quickly. This machine is easy to setup and even easier to use. It it fairly compact making it easy to store in the garage as well. I was worried it may tear up the existing grass but it did not and now the grass coming up where we have used it is great and coming in a lot thicker. In all a really good piece of equipment!
