Much better Voice sound than JBL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sold my JBL 7.1.4 because human voice/talking was almost indistinguishable. Bought the Samsung Q910 and was surprised by the superior sound quality. Even my wife can hear people speaking on her favorite TV shows. Sticking with my choice of Samsung products (Fold phone, 65" TV, Surround Sound Bar). Thanks Samsung for making such consistently quality products.

Second TV sound system

Sound is wild but I wish I got the 990

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound bar does a lot of amazing things right. Bass is strong and the audio is super clear. I've been watching The Last of us on HBO and when you get to a scene with clicker roaming around the area you can tell where they are coming from 1000 percent of the time. I haven't had many issues from this sound bar. Only downsides I'd give it is the app connection to smart thing will work on initial setup but I've noticed it just stops working after a few weeks. The same with the rear connection to the rear channels. It sometimes disconnects in the. Middle of using it but that might be something with my connection in the hike because my last sound bar from Vizio did the same .

LOVED this when I first purchased in November of 2022. Recently one of my rear speakers simply stopped working. Afterwards, the soundbar refused to turn on. Then, after about a month, one day it simply turned back on when I turned on the TV. Unfortunately, even a brand that I've been a diehard fan of for years has sunken to making products that simply don't last. Time to switch to get more for my money. I can't afford to replace a home surround sound system every few years. Nor should I have to. Makes sense that Samsung will only stand behind this product for year. Warranty lengths are a telltale sign of how long a manufacturer expects their product to last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.
