At work, where I am the IT support person, we have 2 of these units, out of 8 UPS's (others are smaller). I also have 2 of them at home. Flawless operation on all 4 units, some for more than 3 years Best UPS I have ever owned. compact, reliable, and without question, the most bang for the buck in this size UPS. Anything larger is like double the price. Display is great.

I really like the window on the front of the unit that lets you know what all the unit is doing. The backup unit let our family continue watching a program that we were watching when our power failed during the recent hurricane. It's always good to know my entertainment system is fully protected by your product. Thank you! I can't imagine not having backup & surge protection for any and all expensive electronics!
