Like it better than my old APC

Great UPS that set up quick and easy. Still will probably play with the way it deals with attached devices but was very pleased with the various statuses and the self-checks have been flawless. Nice to know that I've got a reliable UPS covering for power outages and voltage fluctuations. Found this product to also be at a reasonable price point and would recommend it to others.

Maybe future units should have a cooling fan come on once in a while to cool it down. They sure do attract a lot of dust bunnies to the outer case. Other then that saved my equipment 2 times now since i own it. I like it better then the APC units.

After 10 years of successful service using the OmniVis1000, with only one battery replacement, I needed to upgrade to a large UPS and selected the Omni 1500LCDT. The manual was extremely clear and easy to follow and the installation was a snap. It runs very quietly and I find the LCD display a welcome addition for easy reference at all times. The 10 outlets on the back were more than adequate for all of my equipment. I just ordered a Tripp Lite replacement battery for the other unit and it will serve to backup the other less demanding wired unit on my home network

This is one of the few items of its kind that I could find that has 10 outlets - 5 battery/surge and 5 surge. It works great and with all those outlets you can plug everything you need in to be protected.

They were the right price for the system. I purchased three of these. 1 for the media server, 1 for a 5 NAS units and the last one for my work station. They weathered the last two storms very nicely. I never ene got to the point of shutdown. I kept right on working.
