The Titan 30L Trash Compactor

The Titan 30L Trash Compactor is clearly high quality in Materials, design and operation. You have to look at the instructions a couple of times to get the knack of inserting the bags but once mastered it is fine. The compacting mechanism seems resilient so far. There is one easy/small enhancement to the compacting mechanism that could be made increase its utility (Joseph Joseph make contact if interested!)

Really sturdy and good looking bin. Was surprised how much rubbish it can fit. It's ideal for us as we have limited room in the kitchen and generate a lot of rubbish. So far no faults and the mechanism is working as intended. Don't think there's any other bins out there with this much functionality.

Great bin will save loads of rubbish space now that councils are limiting the number of sacks we can put out!
Easy to order, nice to have a choice of couriers (managed to avoid a certain terrible courier)
Delivery was really fast
The bin looks great in our kitchen and does its job well, JJ is highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trash compactor works really well. I would estimate 2times more than same size bin without it. Could probably hold more but will be quite heavy then.

A recycling dream. I freeze

A recycling dream. I freeze any food waste so my bin is only for non perishables and washed non recyclable containers. It makes me think about disposal when I shop raising my awareness to the unnecessary production of single use plastics. Also , living alone as I do my bin only needs emptied every two to three weeks and getting longer as I purchase less non recyclables. All good for landfill.

A good wide opening makes it easy to use. The compressor is easy to understand and it does indeed compress the contents. It sits under our worktop so we rarely open it fully but we have no problem using it.
