I purchased the In Stride Folding Cycle approximately one month ago to support my knee replacement rehabilitation. The exercise i get with the little unit makes me feel as if I am making progress plus its compact size fits nicely into our small house. The cycle does slide on my floor; I have placed an inverted bath mat under it which keeps it stable. I am very happy with this purchase.

One disappointment the timer does not work requested a replacement many weeks ago but still waiting as I am disabled this would be a great feature for my daily routine hopefully it will arrive soon

I haven't found a comfortable position to use it... and there are no suggestions or hints as to the height of the chair and it's distance from the appliance...

Thank you for your review. The Stamina InStride Folding Cycle can be used in an upright chair similar to a kitchen chair. This allows you to sit up straight and have your legs at a 90 degree angle. In this position your weight pushes down on the product instead of pushing it away. I hope this helps.
