it seemed to be a good product. But after a few use, I found that it was almost impossible to tighten the screw for more resistance.

I haven't found a comfortable position to use it... and there are no suggestions or hints as to the height of the chair and it's distance from the appliance...

Thank you for your review. The Stamina InStride Folding Cycle can be used in an upright chair similar to a kitchen chair. This allows you to sit up straight and have your legs at a 90 degree angle. In this position your weight pushes down on the product instead of pushing it away. I hope this helps. Purchased this cycle to assist in Therapy after a knee replacement. The only criticism of the cycle is it has a tendency to move forward when peddling. The solution is to weight the front legs or put it against a stationary object to prevent it from moving. It definitely does what it was hoped to do.
