I bought this a few months ago, and it is fine for arm exercise. However, the key won't tighten enough for giving good resistance, and the pedalling is too easy for me. I had not expected that from the description.

I bought my Stamina® InStride® Folding Cycle less than a month ago. I purchased it initially to have under my desk for work - as I work a full time job, and 2 part time jobs - so the amount of time I have to go to the gym is very limited. I was so excited when I brought it to the office....I used it once and the timer fell off the bike, and broke in half. The second time I used it a piece of metal that is up around the base (attached to the pedal) came off, and now makes a clanking sound every time I pedal. Not worth the $ in my opinion :( Very disappointed.

The folding cycle gives me the opportunity to do extra exercise (of my legs and arms) over and above my daily walk. As a retired person, I appreciate the moderate exercise as opposed to high intensity. It doesn't need to be done at a set time but anytime it suits. The folding cycle is compact and takes up very little space. It is easy to carry to any room for convenience. Admittedly, the peddle straps are not very adjustable, the tension doesn't work very well and the rubber feet do not prevent sliding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the folding cycle a couple of weeks ago and love it. It's been the talk of the office and everyone wants to borrow it from me! You have made me a fan and will probably will gain more from the reactions it's been getting. The only criticism I have, and it is very slight, is that I would like to have the ability to make more tension than it has the capability to do now. Other than that, I rate it a 10 out of 10!

This cycle is not meant for fitness. If you need to keep your knees limber (after surgery, etc) this does the trick. It is to be used when you travel and don't have access to a gym. The downside of this cycle is that the feet are made of a hard plastic and slide, then flip over. I have overcome that by using a non-slip pad underneath. Some have suggested butting it up against a wall. It works best if you sit in a dining chair rather than a couch. But for the price, it is a great buy!

Yes, I bought this back in 2016 and had some issues with it so they sent me a second one. The second one, I used for over a year with great success but then I had to move and ignored it for over a year. Today, I brought it out of a corner to start over again and was very unhappy to find that something has broken so that the shaft that holds the pedals does not stay in place. What is missing that would fix this bike?

Purchased this product on line, received it, and was amazed at its quality, and completeness. This company has got it together, even the owners Manuel was expertly detailed and applicable to this product. From safety of use, to maintenance, parts list & ordering replacement parts, covered all the bases.
I'm already thinking about other items to consider purchasing from stamina. I am blown away with the care that went into supplying an outstanding piece of goods.
The folks at stamina should get an award for their work ethics.

My husband and I have tried to exercise, but busy lives just got in the way. So we thought we would try something that we could use during a time we were doing something else ~ ok, while we were watching TV! It has gotten us to do some form of exercise and that is what we were needing. Also, with our 'aches and pains' of getting older, it is super easy to set up and use. We trade off, and that is the only 'complaint' we have. I think we may have to get another one! It is perfect for those who have a hard time going to a gym, or finding a regular time slot to get out on the trail, or for anyone who has the pains of getting old but still needs to exercise. It is stable on the floor, does not move or jerk while pedaling, and is lightweight enough to lift for even the weakest of arm muscles. It is a good product.
