I'm really happy that I purchased the folding cycle. It's easy to use and there is no straining involved. I use it on the table for my arms and on the floor for my feet and legs. It easy to adjust for a easy or intense workout. It is also very light weight to move about.

It is so nice to use it in any room in the house. I don't have to have a 'designated' location like full size bicycles require and has all the features of larger bicycles, i.e. tension adjustment, timer, etc.
